Unless we have your express permission, the Association of Author's Representatives (AAR) does not share your contact information with anyone, unless it is a reputable contractor we are working with, such as our website designer. They are never allowed to retain or use your contact information except for the purpose of the work we've assigned them.

Types of personal information we keep in our databases:

We keep in our databases your name, member number, contact information, billing information, and any other information you have voluntarily provided to us in your Member's Profile.

How we use your information:

We use your personal information to provide and improve our services, for billing, for identification and authentication of members, for member programs and services, to contact members and for internal research.

We do not share your information with third parties without permission.

Changes:

The AAR may periodically update this policy, but we have no plans to do so. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your membership record or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
