The AAR Board of Directors is the elected body that directs the association under the provisions
of the
By-Laws. AAR Agents are approved, supervised and, when necessary, censured by the Board.

The Board appoints
Liaisons to other groups, forms Committees, such as
Contracts,
Royalties or
Electronic Rights, and pursues an active
publishing program.
